Joint pains are the most common problem in adults. The problem increases as soon as we hit winters. Peppermint oil has been used to treat joint pains from ages. Mix few drops of oil with lavender oil and gently massage over the area. Peppermint oil relaxes the nerves and eases the pain.

5. For Indigestion

According to a study of university of Maryland , Various compounds in the peppermint stimulates the receptors in the gall bladder causes it to release bile which essential for the digestion of fats in our body.
Peppermint tea can be used against indigestion. You can also add few drops of oil in warm water and take it before your meal. Try it.

6. Skin Related Issues
Peppermint oil has anti-microbial properties. You can use it with lavender oil and massage on your skin and also by adding few drops of oil to your body lotion or moisturizer
